Registrar Services

The JABSOM Registrar’s Office is responsible for the management of all student records, verification and processing of attendance, and degree candidate information for current MD students and alumni.

The services we provide include:

  • Enrollment and degree verification/letters of good standing

  • Medical license application processing

  • Veterans Affairs (VA) school certifying official

  • Dean’s Letter/MSPE

  • Transcript requests (JABSOM does not process transcript requests. All requests are handled by the UH Manoa Records Office.)
Please allow about 5-10 business days for your request(s) to be processed.
